College of Agricultural Sciences Public Scholars in Action (PS Action) Website
Ann Dodd, Assistant Dean for Strategic Initiatives and Associate Professor of Agricultural and Extension Education, PSU College of Agricultural Sciences, and Jessica Bagdonis, Doctoral Student in Agricultural and Extension Education, have created a web-based resource listing opportunities for advanced undergraduate and graduate student community-based research. The website, intended to align community needs and student reasearch projects in the Agricultural Sciences at Penn State, includes opportunities appropriate for course requirements, independent studies, internships, case studies, and thesis or dissertation projects. The database Penn State Public Scholars in Action is accessible to students, faculty, extension educators, and organizations. In time, this resource may be extended beyond Agricultural Sciences.
